Construction
Each Buoy has been carefully designed and tested using the latest in CAD and electronics technology. This helps to deliver high performance, long lasting and reliable Buoys, that can be simply installed and easily maintained. Each component part can be simply transported and quickly fixed with the latest in high security bolts. The versatility of the design allows for additional float collars to be added doubling the reserve buoyancy. All components are replaceable or interchangeable, and where possible standardised to minimise the stocks of spare parts.

Generally each Buoy will consist of the following, with some flexible options:
- Float Collar split (except for EM 1250) for ease of installation and maintenance
- Daymark
- SET incorporating PLUG-IN electrics CE marked, battery and solar panels.
- Lantern - high performance Sealite
- Radar Reflectors offering a peak RCS of up to 60 sq mtrs reflection
- Topmark
